  1. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are based on the information available at the time. Prices are subject to change upon further inspection and evaluation. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding.

  1. Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. We accept payments via bank transfer, debit and credit card or cash.

  1. Materials

We will use materials agreed upon during the consultation. Any changes to materials must be communicated and may affect the overall cost and timeline of the project.

  1. Completion Time

Estimated completion times are provided as a guideline. While we strive to meet these deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will keep you informed of any significant changes to the timeline.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel after materials have been purchased or work has begun, you will be liable for all costs incurred. Deposits are non-refundable.

  1. Warranty and Guarantees

We offer a 3-month warranty on workmanship and materials. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by external factors. Claims must be made within the warranty period and supported by evidence of the defect.

  1. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring access to the premises for our work. Any delays caused by your failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional charges.

  1. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

  1. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to mediation or arbitration as a final resolution.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
